KT Assemblies Ltd. was formed in 1985 to fill a gap in the market for specialist bespoke electronics for the security and fire industry. From the early days of manufacturing security power supplies, the company has diversified into a variety of items for the security market. Not only do we manufacture AC and DC power supplies, special control panels and security door control systems, we can also now offer a wide range of ancillary security items such as timers, door alarms, alarm zone panels and repeater displays.
KT Assemblies Ltd. offers a custom design PCB service to its customers and is also able to offer screen printing, engraving and custom metal work services. We manufacture a full range of special enunciator panels, personal attack panels and multi-zone door monitor controls, door interface interlocks and floor plan indication panels. We can undertake all kinds of screen printing, engraving and metal work, also wet and powder coat spraying. We have our own in house PCB design and prototyping and we will design any PCB to specific requirement. We also have our own software design service available for custom micro-controller based hardware built around Atmel AVR and PIC 8-bit MCUs. We offer a full repair service on all our power supplies and, being based in the UK, we can offer fast turn around times.
